What happens if I have check submissions still active after April 1 but have not selected a subscription tier?

Any checks submitted on or before March 31, 2026 will continue to be processed through completion, even if you do not select a subscription tier. Your account will remain active while open claims are in progress, and our team will continue working those claims through completion. Beginning April 1, you will need to have selected a subscription tier to submit any new checks, whether needing mortgage company endorsement or not.
