Payment Verification Request

What is a payment verification request? Do I need to do it?

Payment Verification (PV) requests are the forms iink will send via email to the Property Owners (PO) to review and sign when any new iink Pro claim is uploaded.
Note: Except reissues and additional checks; for these iink would only send a signature request.

Property owners will need to complete the fields: Loan Number and Borrower Information and submit their signature.

 

The Third-Party Letter of Authorization (TPLOA), is the second form included in the PV, and with this form, we request the insured to authorize us to speak to the mortgage company on their behalf.
Finally, our Terms of Service (TOS) are stated, and any party dealing with our platform must sign an agreement.
