      Join the Conversation! How to Access Our Slack Channel

      Join our Slack channel to establish a secure and friendly connection with our team. Engage in more in-depth conversations about iink, share your insights, and receive real-time support.

      Steps to Join iink's Slack Channel

      1. Check your Email:
        • Look for the Slack invitation email.
        • Click on the "Join Slack" button in the email.
      2. Create an Account:
        • You will be redirected to Slack.
        • Enter your Full Name, create a Password, and select your role as a Customer.
        • Click "Create an Account" to proceed.
      3. Set Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):

        • Open the app and select Add Code, then choose Scan a QR Code.
        • Scan the QR code provided by Slack. Then, enter the Verification Code displayed in the app into Slack and click Verify Code and Activate.

        • Copy the backup codes to a secure location (e.g., your notes) to save them for future access.

      2. Verify Information and Return to Slack:

        • Ensure all entered information is correct.
        • Navigate back to Slack; by clicking on the menu at the top-left corner

      3. Join the Channel:

        • Once in Slack, you will see you are now a member of the Customer Product Feedback channel.
        • You can start chatting with the team and providing your feedback!
