Please Note: For security purposes, we don't store password information, so we will never provide the existing password on your account. If anyone ever asks for your password, DO NOT provide them this information!Best Password Practices
Before we reset your password, we just wanted to provide some advice on creating your password for any account you ever create.
- Use different passwords for different accounts: That way, if one account is compromised, at least the others won’t be at risk.
- Length trumps complexity: The longer a password is, the better. Use at least 16 characters whenever possible.
- Use a password manager: Password management tools, or password vaults, are a great way to organize your passwords. They store your passwords securely, and many provide a way to back-up your passwords and synchronize them across multiple systems.

To reset your iink password, follow these steps:
- Navigate to iink app
- Click Reset Password.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
If you don't receive password reset instructions within about 15 minutes, please check your junk or spam folder.
