Steps to request a check reissue
Log into your iink account
- Navigate to the iink app.
- Access your dashboard with your credentials.
Locate the check
- On your dashboard, under "Active" you will find the active claims you have. Identify the check that needs to be reissued.
- Click on "Review"
- You'll be able to see your claim details.
- Click on the option "Recall & Correct" to reissue your check.
- Enter the details needed, once ready; click on "Submit".
Await Processing
- Once your request is submitted, iink will:
- Review the request and verify the details.
- Initiate the reissue process.
- Notify you of the reissue timeline.

There is a $25.00 fee for processing reissued iink Pro checks.

Original Check Processed with Service Fee:

If the original check was uploaded and the service fee was charged, you will only be charged $25.00 to process the reissued check.
