How do I request a reissue of the check?

If a check needs to be reissued due to loss, damage, or incorrect information, we provide a streamlined process to help you request a reissue quickly and efficiently.

Common reasons for requesting a reissue

  • Lost or Stolen Check
  • Damaged Check
  • Incorrect Payee or Amount
  • Expired Check
  • Stop Payment

Steps to request a check reissue

Log into your iink account

  • Navigate to the iink app.
  • Access your dashboard with your credentials.

Locate the check

  • On your dashboard, under "Active" you will find the active claims you have. Identify the check that needs to be reissued.
  • Click on "Review"

  • You'll be able to see your claim details. 
  • Click on the option "Recall & Correct" to reissue your check. 

  • Enter the details needed, once ready; click on "Submit".

Await Processing

  • Once your request is submitted, iink will:
    1. Review the request and verify the details.
    2. Initiate the reissue process.
    3. Notify you of the reissue timeline.

Processing Fee

Standard Fee

  • There is a $25.00 fee for processing reissued iink Pro checks.

Fee Conditions

    • Original Check Processed with Service Fee:

      • If the original check was uploaded and the service fee was charged, you will only be charged $25.00 to process the reissued check.

    • Returned Before Label Scanned:

      • If the check is returned prior to the label being scanned:

        • No fee will be charged unless you are on upfront billing, in which case the $25.00 fee applies.
