What if my volume changes?

You can upgrade your subscription tier at any time if your check volume increases, ensuring your plan aligns with usage. 

If you upgrade to a higher annual tier, your upgrade will take effect immediately and you will be able to submit up to the new tier’s check allowance plus unused checks from your original plan in the following twelve months (inclusive of upgrade month).

If you upgrade to a higher monthly tier, your upgrade will take effect immediately and you will be able to submit up to the new tier’s check allowance in the upgrade month and following months.
